The type of information we collect

Roscommon County Youth Theatre (RCYT), herein represented as ‘We’, receives, collects and stores any information which we receive from the usage of cookies or from that which you enter into our website or provide us in any other way, including; e-mail addresses should you contact us through the website’s ‘Contact’ page; your Facebook profile, Facebook profile picture, and related comments should you comment on our ‘Blog’ posts; and computer and connection information for statistical purposes. In addition, we collect but do not store the Internet protocol (IP) address that you use to connect to the Internet and to our site.

We may use software tools such as Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page (see section 6). When you enquire on our ‘Contact’ page, as part of the process, we collect the necessary personal information you give us such as your name, phone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only, and no other.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
